A brief, no-obligation call to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Standard 50-minute therapy session — £80
Sessions are an active, collaborative process. We work together toward meaningful change, guided by your values and needs. Held online.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full. Cancellations made earlier can be rescheduled or refunded.
